These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Rajan & Co. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please have them reviewed and finalised by your legal advisor before launch.
About these terms
This website is operated by Rajan & Co, an electronics & appliances dealer based in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply alongside our Privacy policy, Shipping & delivery policy, and Cancellation & refund policy. If any conflict arises, the policy specific to the topic applies.
Eligibility & your account
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to purchase from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details in your account and for keeping your login secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after successful payment and subject to stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to a stock or pricing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery location we cannot service — and will refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order.
Pricing, taxes & availability
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and availability appear on the product pages and may change without notice. Product images and descriptions are for reference; actual products may vary slightly. In the rare event of an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Payments & EMI
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials. Where EMI is available on eligible products, it is offered through our financing/payment partner and is subject to that partner's eligibility checks, terms, and (where applicable) interest or processing charges. "No-cost EMI", where offered, follows the partner's definition and eligibility.
Delivery & installation
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes; delivery timelines shown are estimates, not guarantees. Where free installation is offered, it applies to eligible products within our service area. Full details are in our Shipping & delivery policy.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & refund policy, and returns/replacements by our Returns & replacements policy.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer's terms; we will assist you with the process. We make no additional warranty beyond that of the manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, layout, and our brand name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Rajan & Co and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, brand names, and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

For any complaint about your order or your use of this site, please contact our Grievance Officer as set out in our Privacy policy or via our contact page.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at [client to confirm — e.g. Nagercoil / Kanyakumari district], Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page and applies to orders placed after it is posted.
