Where we deliver

We currently deliver to serviceable PIN codes in and around our service area. You can check whether we deliver to your location using the delivery-location check at the top of the site or at checkout. If your PIN code isn't serviceable yet, the site will let you know before you pay.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual timing can vary with product availability, your location, and factors outside our control (weather, transport, public holidays). Large appliances may be scheduled for a delivery-and-installation slot.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Where free delivery or free installation is offered, it applies to eligible products within our service area.

Installation

Where installation is included or available, our team or the brand's authorised technician will install eligible products (such as televisions, air conditioners, and large appliances). Installation for certain products may be scheduled separately from delivery and may depend on site readiness (power point, water connection, wall type, etc.).

On arrival — please check

• Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage before accepting the delivery.
• Keep the invoice and all original packaging and accessories.
• If the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged, note it at the time of delivery and contact us promptly — see our Cancellation & refund policy.
