Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy and paired with 12GB RAM, the Galaxy S25 is designed for demanding apps, multitasking, gaming and AI-powered features. Samsung also includes Galaxy AI features through One UI.
The Galaxy S25 has a 4,000mAh typical battery. Samsung states that wired charging can reach up to 50% in around 30 minutes using a 25W adapter and compatible USB-C cable. It also supports Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare.
Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS and USB Type-C. The phone supports Dual SIM configurations, including Nano-SIM and eSIM options depending on the market.
