The Redmi Note 15 5G features a slim design measuring 164mm in height, 75.42mm in width and 7.35mm/7.40mm in thickness, depending on the colour variant. It weighs approximately 178g and is available in Black, Glacier Blue and Mist Purple. The phone has reinforced construction and IP-rated dust and water resistance.
It features a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with 2392 × 1080 resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The display supports 12-bit colour depth, DCI-P3 wide colour gamut and up to 3200 nits peak brightness.

The Redmi Note 15 5G comes with a 5520mAh battery and supports 45W Turbo Charging. Xiaomi also specifies long-life battery performance of up to 1,600 charging cycles while retaining 80% battery health under its stated conditions.
Connectivity includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5GHz, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and USB Type-C. It also features an in-screen fingerprint sensor, AI Face Unlock, IR blaster, dual speakers and Dolby Atmos.
